Why Call The Young Scot InfoLine?

Young Scot InfoLine is a phone and web service for young people across Scotland aged 11-26 run by Young Scot (national youth information agency for Scotland).

The InfoLine is staffed by fully trained Information Advisors so you can ask them any question on any topic from debt, to health, to discounts and how you can get a Young Scot NEC card.

By calling the Young Scot InfoLine on 0808 801 0338 you can access information you can trust, when you need it.

Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. When we are closed you can access recorded information.

Young Scot InfoLine is confidential and free to call from landlines and mobile networks.

You can also text 'callback' and list a time when we can reach you to 07781 484317 and we'll call you back within our working hours.

If you prefer not to talk to someone then you can still contact Young Scot InfoLine by emailing: infoline@youngscot.org. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours (during Young Scot work hours).
